All shout outs must be submitted and paid by this date to be included in the printed program. Late submissions cannot be accepted due to printing schedules.
Payment Required
Payment is required at the time of submission to secure your spot in the program. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for your convenience.
Confirmation Email
You'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with your complete submission details, receipt, and next steps. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Program Distribution
Printed programs will be distributed at the Night of Champions event on June 10, 2026. Each Shout Out purchase includes 1 FREE program.
Keepsake Copies
Additional program copies will be available for purchase at the event for $5 each, or you can pre-order extras when submitting your shout out.

Can I edit my submission after I submit it?
Yes, you can request changes or corrections up until the May 15 deadline. After that date, submissions are sent to the printer and no changes can be made.
What if I don’t have high-quality photos?
Submit the best photos you have available. Our design team will work with what you provide to make it look great, but higher quality photos will naturally look better in print. Action shots from games often work wonderfully.
Can I honor someone who isn’t a player?
Absolutely! Shout outs can honor coaches, officials, volunteers, team managers, or anyone who contributed to making this season special and memorable.
What if my message is too long?
The submission form will notify you if you exceed the word limit for your selected package. You’ll need to edit it down to fit within the allowed count—every word should make an impact!
Are shout outs tax-deductible?
Shout out purchases are not tax-deductible donations due to the personal benefit received, but 100% of the proceeds support the scholarship fund.
Can I get extra copies of the program?
