Can’t provide financial sponsorship? We are seeking individuals and businesses who want to directly engage with players and families by contributing exciting prizes to be given at the Night of Champions gala.
 
Contribution: In-kind donation of products, gift cards, lacrosse gear, services, or experiences to be given away during the event (Suggested retail value: $10–$500+ per item)
 
How It Works:
  • Every attending player receives a raffle ticket upon arrival
  • Tickets will be drawn throughout the evening during the program

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I submit my sponsorship?

As soon as possible! Early sponsors receive maximum visibility across all materials. The ideal deadline is April 1, but we accept sponsorships through May 15 for full program inclusion.

Are sponsorships tax-deductible?

SEWALAX is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity. Sponsorships are tax-deductible as allowed by the IRS. Consult your tax advisor for specific guidance. We’ll provide a receipt for your records.
 

Can I sponsor for multiple years?

Absolutely! We offer multi-year sponsorship agreements with enhanced benefits. Contact us to discuss multi-year partnerships and streamlined renewal processes.
 

What if I miss the program printing deadline?

You’ll still receive all other benefits including event signage, website recognition, and verbal recognition at the event. We value your support regardless of timing.
 

Can I change my sponsorship level after submitting?

Yes! Contact us as soon as possible to upgrade or modify your sponsorship. We’ll adjust your benefits accordingly and ensure you receive appropriate recognition.
 
 

Do you offer payment plans?

As 100% of all proceeds received go directly into providing scholarships, recipient awards and Night of Champions programs, we require all sponsorship funds be received by May 15th. Contact us to discuss special needs and alternative options.

Can I sponsor as an individual rather than a business?

Absolutely! Individual sponsors are welcome at any level and receive the same recognition benefits. Your personal commitment to youth athletics is valued and appreciated.

What format should my logo be?

High-resolution PNG, JPG, EPS, AI, or PDF files work best. We need both color and black & white versions if possible. Minimum 300 DPI for print quality materials.

What if my business is outside the local area?

We welcome sponsors from anywhere! Many of our families have connections throughout Washington and beyond. Your support is valued regardless of location and helps build regional lacrosse strength.
